1. PARTIES

2. PURPOSE
This agreement establishes the scope of services, responsibilities, and compensation structure between Baceflip and Hillary Karlein in her role as Assistant. It outlines the services Baceflip offers to clients, the role Hillary plays in supporting service delivery, and the internal terms governing this working relationship.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICES
3.1 AI Automations — WhatsApp bots, lead capture pipelines, invoice automation, and intelligent workflow systems.
3.2 Remote IT Management — Dedicated IT support including device monitoring and remote troubleshooting.
3.3 AI Chatbot Development — Custom AI assistants tailored to client workflows.
4. ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
Hillary Karlein agrees to support Baceflip operations including but not limited to: client communication, scheduling, document preparation, research, and coordination of deliverables as directed by the Founder.
